What information DesktopAssist uses
The controller of the data related to providing the service is CUNICULUS Rafał Królikowski, ul. Powszechna 25/1, 45-661 Opole, Poland. Contact: contact@desktopassist.net.
When the Program communicates with the servers, information needed for the service to work is processed, including the IP address, the DesktopAssist ID, a hash of the device identifier, the Program version and — if one has been entered — the license key.
The main application server is located in France. Application servers may also be located in Poland. Details of other recipients and places where data is processed are described in the full Privacy Policy.
During a session, the other party receives the information needed for the connection and the data shared through the features in use, such as the screen image, clipboard contents, files, messages or audio. The other party may also receive the user name set in the Program.
The Program may save settings, connection history, logs and crash reports on your device. Sending a diagnostic report to the Provider requires a separate decision.
